Meet, NOT one of GR's friends, but a "rival."
Well actually, GR and RR used to be friends, but due to a "miraculous event" of GR, they begin to butt heads, dominant personality vs. dominant personality, stubbornness vs. stubbornness, willpower vs. willpower!
Soon their pact of friendship snapped and they became "cold war-like" rivals.
RR is pretty much the polar opposite of GR, she is vanity-filled, insecure, jealous, non-determined, and can become very controlling when "supposedly" threatened by something materialistic and morally unimportant.
Oh yeah, and she has magical chainsaws~
